I really thought i would’ve got more goods answers like yours and a few others but instead I’ve gotten way more put downs from a community i thought would be way more supportive.

They are building a second campus in Bryan and adding 25K students with a brand new community college.

All of your time should be dedicated towards this. 

We've had one of the rentals for 10 years and after owning the property for 15 years, the frustration level has outpaced the value to me so I thought I'd toss out a question to the community. 

After researching this topic for some time I realize you need to hire a full time dedicated VA who is working for you and not doing anything else.
