You input all the data and it will tell you if it's worth pursuing.

I used it with my cell data AND WiFi (which both provided more than enough bandwidth need for calls), but my luck with it wasn't great.

If you were to hire one employee, I would go with bookkeeper that handles books and office as you mentioned, she/he should be under you if you run the office, I would look for a minimum experience of QB construction bookkeeping through class codes, RE acquisition data mining, and electronic/paper filing.

They have histories and track records and lots of data for you to be able to learn from.  

Coincidentally for my real job I process data.

You can't just provide a small smidgen of Data without giving more!
