You'd be incredibly lucky to find a place that generates close to $6K/month in rent for that price -- I'd be happy with $4K/month on a $500K property and that would cash flow (after taxes, insurance, maintenance, water, etc) at best $2500/month.

Hello all, I am looking for recommendations for a contractor for a new build in the leander area north of Austin.

I suppose there "could" be an investigation into the fire damage and any potential insurance claims.  

I'm looking for Contractors to team with.  

I'm wondering if I can save some money by doing some of the work myself or if a contractor has to do all the work.

I want to start this project ASAP, if you have a decent contractor please share the info, thanks 

I wonder if she's still working with him and he's just trying to screw them over for dragging it out on tier pricing or did they think with the contractor could do better?

I am not a contractor but I am capable of learning things quickly.

The financing to be assumed is a HUD-insured 223(f), 35-year fully amortizing loan.

In the pictures you can tell its in great shape, the kitchen looks recently upgraded and it appears there is probably about $20k in rehab needed minimum however ill wait for a contractor to assure that.
