Most states have a contract form used by most realtors which means it may be more recognizable to the consumer and certainly more recognizable to investors you'll be working with.

Hi BP communityI’m Aviv Dahari from Israel ,it was just the beginning of 2019 and I had this filling that something have to change , I don't want to work like this until I'm 60 there got to be another way , then by a miracle BP shows UP , and we became best friends for life .So in the past year I have studied , listened and basically learned every little thing I could get my hand's on about real estate from BP and other sources and looking forward to learn more from all of you , but the TIME has come to take some massive ACTION and live life by my own terms.My focus this year is to INVEST in rentals in Warren ,MI ,I would love to connect and work with this amazing community  ,Hope to hear from you

In the case of iPostal, it has a low monthly cost, but a fee for each action (fee to scan, fee to shred, fee to deposit, etc) so I think before you sign up for any particular service, consider how much mail you would be receiving there and if it makes sense to use a virtual box that has more of these features included in the monthly price.
