They’ve got various retreats and conferences scheduled and I believe are looking to create various levels eventually starting with the current one and then going up cost wise to a couple much higher level expensive ones.

Further anecdotal confirmation of this is the fact that I am looking for work in Detroit and plan to live in my appreciating house in Haslett while I do that.Risks exist but are few in Haslett:-Lake Lansing could fill in or become polluted-(but it was recently dredged and inlets are monitored closely)-MSU could become less popular in sports-(but it's hard to hard to imagine that happening because the University is very supportive of its athletic programs, MSU alumni are numerous in the area, and MSU is in the B10 conference).

You get to be the fund manager, and the fund can invest in anything the IRS rules allow for (not just what the custodian sells).All of the activities of the LLC must be conducted at arm's length and exclusively for the benefit of the IRA.

If you did and this was not contained in the report, then you have two possibilities:1) If it is something the building inspector should have caught (you will need your contractor / roofer) to provide you with a professional opinion, then it may be deemed an error/omission by your inspector (he has insurance for this);2) If it can be demonstrated that the seller intentionally camouflaged the defect such that the building inspector could not have been expected to discover the issue [remember the inspector is conducting a visual inspection and is not permitted to open walls, etc. ... though they are expected to enter the attic space and examine the underside of the roof], then you "may" have recourse to the seller.

We have to conduct a share valuation every year, submit a 5500 to the IRS, put up with the payroll taxation, etc, but definitely worth not paying distribution taxes and early withdrawal penalties.
