No hot water, stove not working, no heat, broken windows, door locks not working, loose railing, no lighting in common areas, garbage not in dumpster, no smoke/co2 detectors, etc. anyway that has been our experience.

This is a common scenario where buyers ultimately are not approved for their mortgage. 2) Home Inspection Issues 3) Home Doesn't Appraise 4) Buyer Can't Sell His or Her Home 5) Liens or Title Issues. etc ...All lenders are VOE before closing, the new mortgage scenario we all must accommodate as of today as a lender I know this was not the norm 4 weeks ago, but now I do.
