What long term goals do you have with investing?

For the state last in the nation in education that is saying something.The only people who live in these areas are those born there with no vision to escape or some upper middle class folks looking to acquire acerage and rural areas.If your goal is to own a property to attract the worst tenants in a very small and undemanded area then this is a great property.I hope I am not being too vague in my opinion here.

My goals in Real Estate are pretty broad at the moment, I want security in the long term for myself and my family and Real Estate is one of the more accessible ways to be able to do that, so far that I've found.

What is your end goal here? 

My husband and I are aspiring real estate investors working on our first move.Originally, our goal was to pay off our high student debt.

My goal being to be a passive investor until i get my citizenship in US.

Goals are to discuss my clients and well as my goals over the next three months and beyond.Working with the local professionals would be a plus as I look to make our city better with fellow residents.

Greetings BP members,I am interested in working with a realtor as an assistant but I am not sure of the best way to approach them or how common this is.

As you know it takes time and a team to make the goals a reality.
