My PMs put my property on the MLS and from what I understand about that world, other web sites pull in this information from the MLS.

People need to learn to look at data, not emotions, opinions, wishes, or luck.If "making a deal" means being credible, having a web presence, and having credibility, ... this is simply what it takes to get a deal.

Quest is always having promotions, and their training (via FB live, on their web page, plus live training events across the country) I don't think is matched by anyone else.

It is very hard to get an REO department to return your phone calls and then when you finally get someone on the phone they claim they know nothing (like Sgt Shultz from "Hogan's Heroes") and they direct you to the real estate agent.If you want to buy foreclosures and make money at it, I will PM you my web site so you can see the various programs I offer to teach you how to do those along with other things.

N/A but plan on purchasing in Lake county on the East side as this is the area that I am familiar with.

BP has podcast, webinars you can sign up for, financing (Realty Shares is their web page).

find the web site for the Illinois rental property owners association. www.irpoa.org and then look up member organizations.

Their prices are average but they do a good job, (I used to work there)  you can find them on the web.
