Looking for good contractor with insurance and referances.

I pay my carpet contractors 3.50/yd for installation.

Now lets say you hired a contractor to remodel your kitchen.

A buyer will not (I repeat) have any idea where to go for a contract or how to get a copy of one to even amend...so help them get to the information as much as possible.

You should only pay electric for things like your lights and appliances.Also I would send the landlord next time a "certified letter" stating you don't appreciate being shouted profanities and that if it happens again he may very well be breaking his landlord agreement due to the fact you are living under stressful conditions.

If you are not comfortable estimating those yourself, then I would recommend getting atleast two contractors to bid the repairs.

Maybe its just my area or maybe its because I widdle down my contractors so much.Now the drama you do see I would say is only half of it.

I'm also going to need a good real estate accountant, mortgage broker, and probably a good contractor.
