If your agent is showing you the data that MLS hits aren't translating to showings, or showings aren't translating to offers, or feedback that shows little interest, like advertised Open Houses with no activity, then it's likely not your agent, not because a lawn isn't the exact right height, and nothing to do with a more timely carpet vacuum.
