But, it'll look decent enough for most people living in rural areas and they'll be getting brand new construction with a modern floor plan inside so thats a quality deal for them too.Just wondering what the price point would be for 2,000 sq ft pole barn home.

Lumber Lock brand comes to mind, I would check with the company selling you the window wells for their recommendation.

You can buy brand new construction turnkey duplex to quadplex in a growing Texas market and get 12% gross rent yield (for example, Texas multi).

I've got two homes that we bought 50cents on the dollar brand new.
