I found that I have to go to the space below the bottom of the quote and make sure that my typing is not indented with the quoted stuff, and then I start with a completely blank line and then after that I type the stuff to be read.

I hope you do end up trying it out Bruce - knowing how anti-pet you are on LTRs I'd love to see your take on how it works out for you on STRs, because I'm almost carbon copy opposite of you right now on this - I allow pets at my LTRs but do not allow them at my STR despite having a dog myself, because I don't feel like my property is properly set up to allow pets and I use this property myself on occasion and don't want my own dog going bozo smelling everyone else's pet.

So just google attorneys that do RE closings there will be some.. then just point blank ask them if they will accommodate a double close.. they either will gladly or will tell you no.. if they say no then you need to find a transactional funding source..
