You COULD place the property into a Land Trust with the LLC as the beneficiary with your partner and you as the trustees (managers,) which would help conceal your names from public record.

To avoid the Due on Sale clause you can also put the property into a Land Trust, and assigning that to the LLC - that wont trigger the same alarm bells as the LLC for a bank, allowing for the same financing options you would expect.

There has been a ton of luxury condos built in that area and in Scottsdale, and the prices seem to defy reality for what you're getting (No land, no driveway, shared walls). 500k+ for a townhouse/condo as a personal residence is one thing, but it seems like a lot to spend on a rental property when you can only rent it for around 3k.
