My guess is that if it's not from a ceiling leak, it's probably from the HVAC unit or a drip line.

If this happens and it's getting to the dead line, some may walk off, this is another issue, but generally with smaller CGs you don't have a history with.

So he has a set amount of money he wants, to bring a buyer for the note into the deal would mean your current note holder would have to take a deeper discount than what is willing to give to you OR you don't get to realize the discount he wishes to issue since his number is likely a bottom line number.

I've not thought about packing the trailers so tightly, but I guess it would be 0.1 acres per trailer which would be similar to a zero lot line for a stick built - so not unreasonable.
