I've lived and rented here for 25 years but that doesn't mean I like the place or want to live here forever.The owner suddenly wants to sell and is kicking all the tenants out to try to attract better offers from prospective buyers.

The market is good there the home is in need of less than 20k in repairs to be very attractive and comparable to homes that have sold and are for sale at 315k-340k in the neighborhood.

I wouldn't approve an app with those type of charges and having an offender like that will make it hard to attract and keep quality tenants.
