They advertise a 7.99% interest rate but out of 1000 applications I had seen ZERO get that rate.The consumer and home cannot be opened in a business name.I have used the consumer card on several flips because by the time the house is sold the bills are coming due.

You have one side of story. landlord however will be less likely to lie to fellow landlord and I weigh landlord references over all credit reports, and tenant provided information etc. perfect credit doesn't really matter if the last landlord told me the applicant was a nitpicker, always late with rent, dirty, or [insert nightmare issue here].please be sure to reference the screening primer to make sure you have all other aspects covered:http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2011/3/31/screening-tenants-primer/

Some applicants for my house told me that they called the prop. mgmt company for the house across the street and were told by the mgmt co. that the current tenants there aren't cooperating with the showings, so the applicants were never able to see the inside of the house.I have something in my lease about this issue, but it doesn't really have any teeth in it right now.

I unfortunately didnt find a way around their crap but I've heard others state that they told the representatives that they need the duns number asap so that they could complete an application for a bid on a government project.

I have never used the foam approach, but as an after-care application agree that it might be easier to get a supporting surface into a tight space better than mixing up fix-all or cement, I just don’t know if it will have enough strength and rigidity.
