I am currently working the corporate field and trying to fix my credit (which I messed up severly while in college--its in the low/mid 500s).Before starting I would like to be debt free other than student loans and a mortgage, and have an emergency fund.Currently I am reading and researching all I can about this field and joined two groups on meetup.com.Thanks in advance!

Employer Trend: Correct me if I wrong, but isn't the gambling industry (and all its subsidiary business units like entertainment, hospitality, etc.) the largest employer in Vegas (most likely followed by construction and then the convention industries)---if this is the case, the industry isn't known for employee enrichment/income advancement.

By that I mean there will be something that says you have rights to enter and that you likely have to provide advanced noticed.Unannounced visits are not allowed and can be ground to have a future eviction blocked.If you own 6 units it is time you checked out the rules in your state.

You said you would consider if the price was 436k--- debt service using those rates means 3,650/mo and basically around 700 cashflow for 24 units...basically +$30/unit a month.Thanks in advance.
