Ron Legrand mentions that one should first make sure the seller will entertain a lease option or owner financing deal before you go running around all over town wasting time with time wasters.KarenYes, when I contact FSBOs and FRBOs, I was trying to keep the email short and simple at first and not throw too much at the seller, just to see if they would even entertain a terms deal.
