There may be other recorded docs as well that might give clues to who the decedent used for legal help.If you want to send me the address I can pull the docs and see to see if there are any clues.  

It is fairly easy to get addresses of MHPs over the internet but getting the owner name is the part that takes time.Thanks for the feedback.

I always toss the cards as soon as I take a picture of them.Camscanner also makes a product that extracts the information from a business card and puts it into your phone's address book ("CamCards").

The signature includes the web address for the investors.

If under contract, is it okay or even advisable to provide the address?
