I know Zillow zestimates can’t be accurate 100% of the time.

I read that some individuals were able to get a mortgage with 0% down when using the BRRRR method, is that accurate/how does that work?

@Juan Vargas In order to accurately answer this question could you let me know the following: How far do you plan on moving from the home that you currently own? 

Hopefully sometime soon people can start gathering again so I can go and meet others face-to-face.

I have heard that many of these scrubbing services are only about 50%-70% accurate thus minimizing the risk and not creating a 100% safe solution. 

It won't be 100% accurate, but it will be close enough.
