I've seen two of his absurdly stupid commercials on youtube and he has delivered on two of the three; cars and the house which he doesn't own.

Hey @Gilbert Ross Jr ,There are so many marketing strategies you can use it just depends on what works best for you given the nature of your business.For instance, I like to use door knocking and YouTube videos to find motivated sellers.

He has a series of good you tube videos that I wish I had seen when I first got started.

After that, the beginners guide, then ordering the you-tube videos and then books, trying to use this knowledge im looking forward to inquiring!!!

Bigger Pockets has some great training materials and I have been watching quite a few of their Youtube videos.

I am 60 years old and I found BP about 20 months ago and since I am medically recovering and stuck at home I have learned a lot here and on YouTube and I have plenty to say.  

I can't remove "dogs negotiable" from the source listing, since that is used in the algorithm that asks potential tenants who want a showing our prescreening questions, if I remove it the algorithm will block anyone that has a dog from a showing.
