What is a Cost Segregation Study & How Does it Work?

If you end up looking at properties in the San Diego area I work at a family office that balance sheets our loans and we are quick at funding. 

At the end of the year, if a property hasn't sold, I will do a journal entry to move the entire balance of that account to work in progress.To make that simpler, I will use classes to track the expenses to the properties.

My pleasure, I would have loved to help more, but I have been working really hard to get more of our bigger national banks on board with rural properties but the appetite is just not there for some reason.
