In western Pennsylvania, upstate New York, and Rhode Island, the three places that I've lived in the USA, I've never seen a breaker box outside.

However, as an exit strategy, I am going to refi if I cannot sell the home in a timely fashion and pull my $ back out so I can do it all over again.   

This includes Widening the western end of the highway in Kitchener which began in 2011 and is expected to be completed by 2016.

We selected the Encinitas and Leucadia area of North San Diego County (Aerial photo above) because, first and foremost we live in San Diego (Americas Finest City), and secondly because of its old fashioned traditional funkiness, fabulous surf breaks and fantastically friendly beach people and surf culture; a true breed unto themselves.
