@Dale Stevens  When I was on a tear and amassing 350 SFR's in areas were housing stock was POST WWW2  we did a few major items to each house.. if it was not obvious the roof had been replace in the last 5 to 7 years we replaced...

@Scott Stevens   Scott just curious how you can think this investor has a GOOD problem from all appearances he has got caught up with one of the BAD TK companies and the off shore marketing guys.. and paid probably double for what the properties would sell for to  a local investor..
