I agree that flips are hard to get done on time due to labor shortage. 

I don’t want to waste much time in the smaller scale family homes/rentals if the skills don’t necessarily transfer & I’d have to essentially start over from scratch.

You  need leads.Super motivated seller leads if you want to start flipping.Everyone seems to have a lead shortage.. well.. almost everyone.. ahum..Figure out how to get said leads and you have your path lightened up ahead of you!

If its fast that means they have high vacancies. if slow it may mean there is a shortage of apartments.Good luck Best Dennis
