It’s true that the IRA will incur UDFI/UBIT on the income derived from the same % leveraged.

Hello BP landlords,My property’s mailbox keys were not returned by the previous tenants and my management company is saying that they can not get my mailbox keys until a new tenant is in the property so they can request a key with a copy of the lease. is there any way I can request a mailbox key from the USPS before my unit is rented?

They could end up being terrible tenants.

This is odd, but it makes me feel they are more legitimate and not try to take the deposits and run. - They do have a catch that even if you waive the buyer agent fee as a leverage for negotiation of the deal, the brokerage will still charge the transaction fee.

@Patti RobertsonI am more concerned about the reaction of the seller than that of the buyer.

It doesn't seem like it'd add $$ but a 1/2 bath does help with the appeal when you put it up for rent or sale. 

It’s my opinion that many investors have the wrong mindset when it comes to real estate investing.
