I dislike Cozy because it is harder to navigate than Avail in my opinion.If you have experience with one of these sites, what is your opinion of it? 

I'm more learned than experienced, but I'm always eager to help people navigate the market just for the chance to talk shop.

I have had a couple of late cancellations that I just let go but I spoke directly with the guests and they both had good reasons (death and illness).I offered both of them rebooking at a later day.The illness was a major stroke and they could no longer navigate the stairs at that time.
