I prefer to use the iPad version of my real estate apps whenever one is available.

I would not recommend the free version as the number it generates could be skewed. 

Cash flow from the deal pays back your policy loan (same as saving up for another deal) and you end up with more cash in the end than you would have had otherwise, plus you never interrupted the compounded return of the cash value even though you were using it to make deals.That's the one paragraph version of the infinite banking concept.

I've found TurboTax to vary greatly between their online version and their desktop version.

Quickbooks Online has better bank/credit card connections than the desktop version.

I use the desktop version of QB, not QBO.
