So what do you guys think, I don't want to be carrying another property for 30 years with an FHA and private money rehab, but would offering the finished product as lease option be an attractive exit to any of you guys?

But the broker can talk other brokers on the team into sharing private listings and split commissions.I have been successful getting access to some deals with this strategy but the deals were never good enough to close.

We're starting to raise private money to do a rehab deal and just keep building from there.

When I explained notes to people above 50 and/or in rural areas the concept of Private Financing/Seller Carry was crystal clear.
