arrive from INDY that day at 12 leave the next day at 4pm for Orlando.well if your going all the way to San Deigo  just head north up the CA coast into Oregon its spectacular drive.. then head east to Spokane area and cross into Montana there then work your way back south a bit through Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons  which are about as cool a place as you can go in the US.

Hey Phillip,As long as you're pre-approved and can be considered a serious buyer, I don't see why the agent would have an issue putting in multiple offers (especially if its sight unseen- HUGE time saver).

Eric Phillips as long as you lived in the residence for two of the last five years, you could be eligible for the section 121 exclusion, which means you can exclude up to 250k capital gains tax if single and up to 500k if married filing jointly.

As a "Land Lord' I guess you have the option to do what you want it's your money.Lazy is not paying attention to your investment in my opinion.Personally I'm not  lazy I don't understand the concept.I do understand how to maximize time, money, and effort to turn a unit, get the best possible market, income and keep my investment profitable, and my head above water so I can relax..sure I do some things myself and other things I hire out and it's seemed to work for the past 40 years so I guess I'm doing something right.
