We've done a lot in the South of Gandy market that is close to MacDill Air Force Base... great rental market with folks who need to protect their credit due to promotions tied to security clearances and credit reports.I'd be happy to meet for coffee and talk about the market when you get into town.

One method one of my investor friends used successfully:He  attended meetings that were promoting "group" investing in real estate properties.  

I promoted them, I was a volunteer & over the years I worked my way up to being a board member.

I also want to promote my property online a little, and it turns out to be not that easy.

What gives you (or the government) the right to decide what business arrangements two adults are allowed to make regarding their own bodies.You know, based on your comments above, it sounds like you believe prostitution should be illegal solely because it tends to promote other illegal activities that are indirectly related to it; is that your justification for why it should be illegal?

It would be helpful if they would mention some of the rules of thumb, such as 2%, 50%, 70%, just to promote conservatism with the numbers.

In full disclosure, I have already won his past promotion to the very first BP REI Summit, where he not only paid for the ticket, but also allowed and extra $500 for flight/expenses or whatever!

We used to have about 250 members but we are now down to about 100 members.Most of the members that are active real estate investors run their own ads in the newspaper and get their own leads.Sometimes I wonder if the reason that Gurus promote going to local REIA groups is that they know that they have a larger audience to sell to.
