Every single one of our investors stated that they were not comfortable with the area, or didn't know the area/ "wasn't enough spread for entering an area they didn't know".

So I would supplant that work with entering the residential business if you're able to pivot.

I think it would be great to have a mobile app, but I question whether it is too much data to enter in without a keyboard. 

So any advice on entering into doing mailouts to turn up some pre-market deals would help.
