Although I've been to plenty of REIA meetings, I need to start interacting here on BP as well! 

Ideally we can encourage, educate, and challenge each other to achieve more than we might otherwise individually.And, hey, if after a few meetings we decide it's not working, then that's fine too. 

Please be more specific and thank you for the encouraging words.

This way it encourages them to make due on the bullets that you are extending a closing for.  3 Get a dumpster and pay someone or kids to stack in them to remove asap - get money from seller for amount of dumpster.

One thing I would encourage you to look into is yellow letter marketing.

Also if you don't mind putting a few more miles on the car Ann co-hosts the Black Diamond meetings that alternate each month between their Waltham and Worcester locations, great meeting and would encourage you to check them out. 

The rate adjustment option is no unusual, so I would encourage you to read/understand your mortgage.

If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to research your local tax laws on short term rentals.
