For the last 18 months, my salary has been just over 60K per year w/ my current employer, but this month, I got a big promotion (almost double my current salary to 120k).The tricky part of my situation, is that the promotion I got, is actually being paid to me from a partner (affiliated company) and I actually get two separate paychecks, both W2’s from each company respectively.

Back then  I could double close so that made it much easier.

Through his facebook he found my facebook and thought it would be funny to post my name, home address, phone number, pictures of my home, my blog, and my BP podcasts with malicious intent.  

Spent another 90k out of pocket for the rehab.Filled with qualified tenants and cut expenses almost in 1/2.Now it cash flow +/-15% and is worth almost double what I paid. 

Any advice on how to manage these LLCs is appreciated.I hope I am on the right track by dealing with this relatively early instead of when I have double or triple the amount of properties.  

my written criteria for tenant screening clearly states double deposit required if no rental history, and friends & family history is negligible.

Selling to an investor should be a little different for you, unless you're going the double escrow route, which should get you out of dealing with the title companies. 

Its somewhat of a double bubble. 1) You have the education/learning aspect from being able to have the question/answer forums that you can help yourself, help others, or simply learn something new from reading other members questions/answers.2) You can more easily find people local to you to network with that will significantly help your investing as well.BP has hit on the double bubble!
