Hello again.My Tenant who is an HVAC installer and Tech called me yesterday and offered me a very good deal on a full central heating and air system and install.  

I'm from Central New Jersey (732) and will finally be getting my feet wet into real estate. 

I think 120k is fine for this market even in this beat up condition (some small back story - the town is working to change the central area and make it a destination for the local region so values should be on the rise soon). 

As someone looking to invest in the central jersey/south jersey region, this was a great first post for me to read.

But the population is much less dense than cities and towns in central/northern RI, without correspondingly low property values, so finding worthwhile investments down here can be a bit more challenging.

I have a steady residual income and there is nothing keeping us in Central Ohio.

My wife, Jeanne and I are getting serious about flipping and rental homes.We have flipped one and have 1 rental house now.  We now are wanting to do more.

My parents recently purchased a duplex of their own and I've been looking for a multifamily house primarily in towns in Central NJ (Union County). 

I need to upgrade my electrical service to 200 amps in order to install central heat and air in one of the three units in my building.
