The book is now 20 years old, but with the exception of the out of date financing and interest rates, still seems relavent.Another book that my wife recently purchased for me is from the Smart Start Series "How to start a business in Colorado".

The time and effort required to always be looking out for your clients best interests, as well as to be a high quality co-op agent, is not something that can be done on just nights and weekends.

If interested you can look up the history of US banking, the formation of State Banks, National Banks, (commercial banking) S&Ls and Credit Unions along with co-op depositories.

The power co. certainly has a ROW, and can't "make" them move them.  

I am able to find a good amount of information about the lien process, but it is hard to find info specific to Colorado.
