I hope to set up the lease through Keycheck - I signed up with Keycheck through Furnished Finders, for background check, signing lease agreement (for additional cost through keycheck), and rent collection by stripe on Keycheck platform.  

Can anyone share their experience with propstream or any other platform with is good for the small and mid-size multifamily properties?

@Leslie Anne Morris This can be very unfortunate for someone who gets a 50-50 split between bookings on Airbnb, and other platforms. 

I created a direct booking website from their platform or you can use a widget and build it into a website you create.

Are there places other then Airbnb/VRBO that we need to be advertising and does anybody have the break down of what percentage is coming from which platform?

Old school e--mail platforms like aol, cs,  Yahoo, etc show seasoning. 

I also like note investing and platforms like Fundrise that returned around 22% last year.
