Hello, I am an American expat living in Asia.

Just imagine you going to a restaurant and ordering the "all american cheeseburger" and you expect it to come with ketchup and mustard but it comes with ketchup and mayo and even says so in the fine print in the menu.

Like the get rich by investing mindset and conferences, feels slightly snake oil salesman to me again with so many middle/upper middle class americans jumping all in on these investments 

And humbly speaking I am an expert on that My dad was one of the largest developers there .Clearlake is the largest natural Lake in CA and also the oldest lake in the entire north American continent still within its historic boarders.. as such it also has Indian artifacts that date back 12,000 years.. 

We will be buying another investment property but want to do so without the great expense of the “American Dream” mortgage.
