She had a rental truck and family helping her on the "official" move in day on May 8th.Well, around May 6th or 7th, cant remember when, I received a letter from my bank that informed me that her account was closed.

By using E-Mail as your official means of communication instead of written certified letters (except when required by the Court in the case of an eviction), you are setting the rules.

I gave him verbal notice on 7/1 and followed-up with an official 30 day or quit notice (delivered by a Marshall) on 7/15.
