Nice.I think the percentage of leads from the web becoming deals is slightly less than other forms of marketing (more tire kickers), but the deals have been better, for the most part.

A lot of good hardworking people live in these areas, but due to the lower average income they become riskier areas for investment, because people living paycheck to paycheck (regardless of the reasons why) are just one sick day or one flat tire away from missing rent.

You can find lots of info on that strategy on BP and all over the web but I like to refer to that strategy as 'kicking the tires' on a VR to see how it will really do as a rental without committing to actually purchasing it.

While she knew how to drive, at least by following traffic laws, knowing how to put gas in the car and knowing air had to be in the tires, she had no clue about what was involved in keeping her car up.BTW, this was the same sweet beauty that tried to put oil in her car through the dip stick hole!
