There’s some HVAC guys that don’t care about anything but their own work, so they’ll cut into the framing to accommodate ductwork, but then the problem becomes dead load distribution.

Definitely have to put a lot of weight in the pre-approval process.

It will have no weight on how a 2 unit is appraised.

Seems like a heavy load to put on one manager, locally most managers do 50-100 if it’s apartment style properties.

They will be looking at the income taxes but put more weight on the income generated by the rental.
