If they find another place and move out early, I usually accept that as long as they give me at least two weeks notice so I have a little time to find new renters.

The roofer has done two roofs in the past month and a third this week.  

I’ve seen a half dozen houses come online within the last couple weeks in the low $200s that would be excellent rentals.I as well as several other BP members who invest in Boise/Meridian are very bullish on that area.

I’ve been listening to the BP podcast now for several weeks on my long commute to and from work and decided to start a profile and introduce myself.

I’ve got a 40 closing in 2 weeks.

The weekly webinars on here are another great resource for sure. 

I did once a week on Saturday's for 11 weeks and it went fast and trust me you want to go once a week for studying and preparing yourself.

All in all, nothing I found serious, I bought this place the last week of Oct and had it rented for Nov. 1st 2017. 

Hello, just recently found this site and saw a few videos etc.

Some make it sound like a full time job, I would say I don't spend more than 2-3 hours a week managing his property, even in the harsh winters of Boston.No LLC costs, etc.
