So in the past 2 weeks I find out the 19 yo supposed daughter of the tenants is not his daughter but I'm guessing a step daughter and she has 2 children 2 yrs and younger.

@David MoreheadJust my 2 cents, but there isn't anything in any of these seminars you can't learn in a few weeks for free yourself (or by buying 2-3 books for around $10 each + reading free info on sites like BP).Not trying to talk you out of it, but for $10k you can actually buy a rental property in some parts of the country, so I would seriously consider the value you're going to get.

Hi,I purchased a condo in FL in November, we had an issue with the shower in the Main bathroom this week and had it resolved through a Home warranty (that we negotiated into our deal).
