One last recommendation, look into using your self-directed IRA or 401K to use that “down payment”... in a retirement account you put a lot more down but it is also a non recourse loan so the money coming in/out stays in there and build your retirement accounts... you can’t touch it now but later will bring it’s load of value... just a different way to invest...

Thank YouYes I know I can do a Google search but I was wondering if anyone in the Broward County Community has worked with a CPA that works with investors.I am still in the research phase of my investing career right now, I plan to start actively investing in 4-6 monthsMy reasons for looking for a CPA care the following.Create an entity with minimum tax overhead.Have a business entity that allows me the maximum for funding into IRA that could be used for investingBe able to employ my teenage sister and also fund her own IRA for her thru the company.Setting up QuickBooks or another software where the maximum amount of automation can be done invoice payroll ect..Because I'm currently employed in the restaurant business possibly setting up an IRA to minimize my taxes until I can sustain my income thru real estate investment.When I bring in partners for investing purposes having an automated/ organized system in paying them back ect..Thank You
