I am trying to use a virtual address but the problem is when I got to create the address I must notarize it saying that it is apart of the business.

Normally you should be able to set up a virtual mailbox or a PO box in your name, and then use the address to set up the LLC.Alternatively, you can have the LLC set up by a law firm that has an address they can use in your state.

My thought is colleges will become more virtual, as they have been doing anyway.Good luck!

One of the main things that the 'money person' gets with a good 'on the ground' partner who does a GOOD job like us is less than 2% vacancy, very low maintenance cost as we do many of the simple little 30 minute type of things, great loan rates as we have the connections and experience, and finding deals that are 'off market' that they would never find otherwise (20 of our 29 units were off market and found by networking and cold calls - there is virtually NO inventory in our rural area that hits the MLS)The PMP gets a great steady return and sleeps at night, we get to 'make money with our time and knowledge' - it is a win-win in my book :-)

Yea Mike(OH), Im sure you have no reason to, but you should research the drug (and all others for that matter.)No need to research it, I get to see and deal with it on a daily basis in connection with my low income rentals.I hope you do not believe that meth is just going to dissipate because one cant buy large loads of sudafed.It's not a matter of what I believe, meth has virtually disappeared here thanks to the sudafed no longer being available to the druggies.

Waikiki is the best overall area.The HOA fees are high, but also cover virtually everything, including utilities.
