I haven't seen CU pricing on investment properties (only primary residence), but they tend to be about 0.5 to 1.0% more competitive than brokers.

I think the general consensus with todays rates and prices is that cash flow is not that amazing in any market. 

It would be nice to get an almost 1 year rental, but that price is too low.  

If not what is a good down payment price/percentage we should be looking for?
