Did not schedule the seasonal HVAC inspection and burned out an A/C unit because of the cotton from the cottonwood trees had plastered the external unit.I easily get sidetracked in spreadsheet dreams and deal analysis trying to justify that a deal 'could work' rather than moving on.Not analyzing enough dealsI could always find a justification for lack of actionInstalling the carpet before painting.Not asking for creative financing.Not building relationships before a deal is available.Not asking for help Not listening to the podcasts

What we've found is that, just like you and I, the first place everyone goes when their motivated to find solutions & answers is online, even when they about to lose the house and have direct mail laying on the dinner table.Online ads are ideal in many ways because you can target the exact type of client you want, in the exact area you want, when they are motivated, and usually for cheaper than other advertising forms versus time and return.

The guys come with all the electrical tools and start to deliver the build material.During the rehab we had all outside cleaned up, trees trimmed, painted inside and outside, new laminated floors, painted the cabinets, replace countertops from wood to granite, new vanishes, new bathtub, replace all the doors and windows, new ceiling fans, and we removed the garage wall growing the living room area, changed the access to the roof, full service in the Hvac, etc.
