Do think you have a good point about falling in love with a deal, now matter how cold and logical we all might believe our thinking is, emotional factors often sway us.

Not to mention the least of it the drama between buyer and seller.. want to kill a deal.. just let buyer and seller try to talk with each other... too much emotion.. most of the time you need the agents or someone in between..

And it is a very difficult, time intensive and emotionally draining job.

Then the call from the School District's contractor - they ask us if they can use the property to park equipment and as a temporary entrance because the school is building a new road directly on our property line, and putting a stoplight on the highway.
