My recommendation is to find a great team and people you really trust!

The well put together and pristine offering package definitely displays the professionalism of the team, however, investors should not take the pretty colors or pictures to make their decisions. 

Building and maintaining a good team is harder OOS. 

I would probably be teaming up with a property management company, and I understand the costs behind that.
