The role of the agent is to market a property well; qualify the people involved; give advice on how a deal may happen as well as making sure all of the proverbial i's are dotted and the t's crossed.

I was living on those classifieds sites snapping up whatever I could find that looked great and fit the comfortable family home style we were shooting for.

I agree with @Pete T., but I will also say that I had an issue earlier in the week, used the "contact us" form, and once they sent the initial reply (it was within 24 hours, but much less than 24 if I remember correctly), they were awesome about carrying on the dialogue until we found a solution.

So go for it but just realize you are throwing sh*t against the wall to see if it sticks.Again nothing wrong with that, that is pretty much my business model
